In China's market economic system gradually perfect today,personnel training and education system to get the attention of the competent authorities at all levels of education,level of education not only reflects the development of the nation's competitiveness,but also presents a comprehensive national strength level.It is of great significance to establish and improve the incentive mechanism of college teachers,which is of great significance to improve the overall management level of colleges and universities,enhance the competitive strength of colleges and universities,and improve the management efficiency of schools.But because of their characteristics and educational goals of each school is different,therefore should be targeted,according to the design of the teachers' incentive mechanism,the work enthusiasm,arouse teachers' initiative,has important practical significance to promote the overall level of school work.Firstly,based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,the theory of motivation based on the analysis and evaluation,the basic connotation of incentive and its effect on teachers are described systematically and comprehensively,and from the study of China's college teachers incentive system present situation,points out the improvement and to improve the present higher teacher incentive plan the important purpose and significance.The article further to the status quo of human resource management of SIT University as an example,the teachers,the current incentive system in-depth understanding and analysis,the reason from the appointment,assessment,salary,training and other multi angle of the current system problems are analyzed,and then put forward the incentive mechanism at the present stage in the development of the school must obey seeking truth from facts and principles of open and fair,combination of material and spirit,system and personalized combination.In accordance with the above principles,the school around the appointment of incentives,performance appraisal incentives,incentive pay system,the main motivation of young teachers,academic team incentives and training incentives to develop a new incentive mechanism to improve.At the same time,in order to avoid the phenomenon of theory and practice,in order to really put the incentive system in the field,this paper also briefly describes the main points of the incentive plan and the implementation of the protection.At the end of the SIT university teachers incentives are summarized,and points out the design to carry out teacher incentive mode in training"application type" talents specializing in universities,must pay attention to the"application type" talents "double" teachers training teachers,at the same time in the concrete management and practice flexible application of various incentive theory and mode.
