The rapid development of China’s macro economy and society create a good development opportunity for the occupation technology education, driven by the rapid growth of various types of Career Technical College. But the current Career Technical College exposed the problem of insufficient investment in education, the fierce market competition and how to build a high-quality teachers team challenge. In order to enhance the Career Technical College’s survival and development, Career Technical College should actively explore the new path of the construction of the incentive system for teachers. Career Technical College should enhance the ability of schools to retain talent, to create a good teaching environment for excellent teachers.The paper presents the study as follows:Firstly, the background and significance of the Career Technical College study expounds teacher incentive policies, as well as the research content and the innovation results of quasi formation; secondly, the study explains the connotation and characteristics of incentive, incentive theory and the domestic and foreign related research system; third, the research on JZ of Career Technical College as the example analysis of teacher characteristics of private vocational institutions expansion; fourth, to JZ of Career Technical College as an example to the teacher motivation policy system to do empirical research and in-depth analysis, from the current JZ of Career Technical College reveals teacher incentive policy system problems in; fifthly, based on the above analysis of the problem, the research combined with the actual situation of JZ of Career Technical College to design the teacher incentive policy system.Through this research, can reveal the reality problems of restricting current occupation technical college teacher performance evaluation system and salary incentive mechanism and its cause in, and making a scientific teacher salary and performance appraisal and incentive scheme can provide the reference value for our similar private occupation technology college, in order to enhance the level of running colleges of occupation, is of positive significance to enhance the teaching quality of occupation technology education.
