In the modern knowledge and economy times,the importance of people-oriented is extremely obvious,the status of a person of ability in society gradually rises,the competition of the ability of a people is becoming the core of all competitions.However,for the competition among universities,it is also the competition of teaching body.The assignment of teachers in universities is to train high-quality men for profession and good technical labor force,and at the same time they need to educate high-quality successors for the future development of our society.Therefore,university teachers dominate human resource to some extent.At present,there is extremely obvious competition phenomenon among universities.Many universities are at loggerheads,because they want to gain much more excellent students.In that case,what is the competition of universities? And,what is the corn of competition among universities? The answer is definitely the competition of high-level and high-quality teachers.Lately,six hundred undergraduate college have transformed vocational education school.High vocational colleges also felt the enormous pressure of competition.They improve the competitiveness of the college through the establishment of effective incentive system,which is already imminent.This paper through the study of the satisfaction of S vocational college teachers of market research,See S college teachers to pay benefits,performance appraisal,to continue training education there are not satisfied with these a few respects,Through the investigation,the teachers said S college benefits compared with other similar institutions is put in bigger difference,lack of competitiveness;In addition,the performance appraisal aspect is not scientific,the appraisal of teachers with outside many aspects of the teaching evaluation,make teachers tired,so this also said high satisfaction;In addition to continuing education training also said a lack of practicality.In this article,through understanding of teachers are not satisfied with the content,based on the relevant incentive theory,and then puts forward the corresponding solution,in terms of salary,benefits from the salary structure,fixed compensation,variable pay and benefits system reform measures are put forward,efforts to improve S college in pay levels;In addition,from the aspects such as the main body of performance appraisal,method,index to improve the scientific nature of the performance appraisal;Finally,from the concept of training system,form aspects of the reform,to develop practical training system.Although the S incentive system put forward the reform in higher vocational colleges,but how the implementation of the security scheme is also important,this article finally through from the unity of thinking,and three aspects of the cohesion and organization of the old and the new system to effectively guarantee the implementation of the new incentive system.
