Along with the higher vocational college enrollment expanding, a large number of young teachers were introduced, they are energetic, active thinking, is the fresh blood in the vocational college teachers. In the national education cause of the rapid development of the environment, young teachers bear the important task to cultivate applied talents’ with high skill, become the backbone of the higher vocational colleges,but by work and life, the social various aspects the effect of high pressure, most of the young teachers in the teaching work enthusiasm is not high, often appear working snub and quit job-hopping phenomenon, such as this greatly reduced the young teachers happy feelings. Therefore, how to build a fair, reasonable and effective incentive mechanism of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, fully stimulate internal potential young teachers, young teachers in higher vocational colleges is to improve work important subject well-being, to promote the development of higher vocational colleges has important practical significance.This article adopt the method of questionnaire survey, for H young teachers in higher vocational colleges, and further investigate H young teachers in higher vocational colleges work happiness, careful analysis H young teachers in higher vocational colleges to work in the mental and physical health, emotional, salary reward, interpersonal relationship and self to realize the situation in five aspects,discusses H in higher vocational colleges in young teachers incentive mechanism on the main problems, and put forward the corresponding optimization scheme of incentive mechanism of young teachers. Study found that H young teachers in higher vocational colleges lack of well-being, poor parts of the physical and mental health of young teachers, working environment and living environment is not conducive to the healthy development of young teachers mental and physical, should improve young teachers’ physical and mental health management system; Affected by the low level of scientific research management school, young teachers work emotional engagement is insufficient, should be to further improve the research of young teachers incentive mechanism; Young teachers’ salary is not high greatly reduces the teacher’s work enthusiasm and ability to innovate, young teachers need to reform the compensation distribution system; Schools lack of good cooperation and communication platform,the teacher does not frequent academic exchanges, academic atmosphere is not strong,should be vigorously creating the atmosphere of young teachers the harmonious interpersonal relationship; Young teachers lack of reasonable career planning, we should improve the young teachers self value realization mechanism. In order to ensure the optimization of the incentive mechanism run smoothly, the school also needs to strengthen the construction of campus culture and the construction of school system. In addition, the local government should increase awareness of the young teachers, provide support to the development of young teachers.
