| In new period,under the new situation,universities of our country aims to cultivate new type,comprehensive,high-quality talents.With the teaching quality of higher education and students’ cultural quality continues to increase,the moral qualities of college students has become a new focus of public attention to the overall quality of college students,and it also becomes a new standard to measure how successful the quality education is.Over the years,moral education in higher education has always been a hot spot in academia.And how to improve the effectiveness of college moral education has been the focus and difficulty of the study throughout.Through literature study and comprehensive analysis method,I summing up the achievement in moral cognition that moral education have gain,but students moral ethics choices are not firm and their weak practice ability are still the dilemma which we are facing.Then I analysis the causes of low effectiveness of moral education from four aspects which are the team of moral educators,the contents of moral education,the environment of moral education,the methods of moral education.On the basis of it,I focus on how to improve the effectiveness of moral education in higher education.This paper argues that,by enhancing the personal qualities and optimizing the team of moral educationer,improving and enriching the content of moral education and planning for the goal of moral education scientifically,optimizing the social,school,family,network moral education environment and using the existing methods Flexibility and creating of the new method of moral education. |
