Postgraduate moral education is an important part of graduate education,the level of moral awareness of graduate students directly affect the quality of China's high-level education personnel training,and then affect the country's major development strategy,social construction at all levels.In recent years,the graduate education in China has entered into a rapid development period,and the number of graduate enrollment has been increasing.Nowadays,with the development of market economy,the international and domestic situation of changing circumstances,graduate students' values,moral awareness,psychological state,thinking mode in the ongoing impact,which bring new challenges to the postgraduate moral education.Therefore,comprehensively promote the moral education of postgraduate and improve the effectiveness of postgraduate' moral education is still an urgent and arduous task in the process of cultivating graduate students.Based on the above points,this paper chooses moral education as the key entry point to evaluate the effectiveness of moral education.Through the questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes a systematic investigation on the present situation of graduate students participating in moral education activities.The full text consists mainly five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,the main research content,and summarized the current research on the effectiveness of moral education at home and abroad.The second part mainly defines the basic concepts of moral education,moral education activities and moral education activities,and discusses the theoretical basis of this article.The third part mainly uses the questionnaire survey and the case study to carry on the data investigation and the character analysis to the present situation of the university graduate student participation in the moral education activity.The questionnaire part carries on the descriptive statistic,the difference test and the correlation and the regression verification to the collected data.The case interview is based on the analysis of the questionnaire results,verifies the phenomenon reflected in the questionnaire,actively explores the causes of the problem and seeks to improve the effectiveness of moral education.The fourth part is mainly on the basis of the third part,the author analyzes the factors that affect the moral education of postgraduates inengineering colleges.The main reasons are the biased view of graduate students' moral education,the weak moral education team,the neglect of graduate students' self-education,the construction of graduate students' moral education not good enough.The fifth part is a series of thoughts on the present situation of the moral education of postgraduates in engineering colleges.In view of the problems existing in the background of postgraduates' moral education in the new era,the countermeasures to improve the moral education efficiency of postgraduates in engineering colleges are put forward,which mainly includes establishing the correct moral education concept,optimize the postgraduates moral education team,focus on improving the quality of postgraduate self-education,improve the construction of moral education activities in four aspects of content.
