Current, enhance the effectiveness of moral education in universities is of great significance. This is to carry out the party’s line, principles, policies and needs; is to adapt to the social situation and new changes in the need to improve college moral education in China; is also the inevitable require ment of current situation.According to the related theory on the basis of summarizing, this article through to the Tangshan City part colleges and universities moral education current situation q uestionnaire, from the five aspects of the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and poor condition were analyzed. Moral education current situation main problems a re:insufficient number of full-time teachers of moral education, to enhance the quality of moral education course; although important, but authority is not high. Moral educa tion main body main problems are:Students’moral concept has huge landslide, subjec tive rejection of moral education. Moral education method and way of moral educatio n mainly has:form of boring, pay attention to one-way communication, lack of intera ction with students; lack of practice, moral conduct propaganda way is single. Moral e ducation medium main problems are:media choice in moral education, traditional mor al education media applications generally, network, media and other new media utilizat ion rate is low. The content of moral education in Colleges and Universities:main pr oblems of moral education in theory instruction, the content is too abstract, not accept ed by students and understand the actual content, and disconnection.On the analysis of China’s moral education in Colleges and universities on the ba sis of the existing problems, this paper further analyses the causes of these problems. The reasons are:the moral content selection, did not reflect the advance with the time s; on the goal of moral education to grasp the lack of people-oriented thought; take moral education method and way is single, has neglected the student’s individual req uirements; on the function of moral education in the definition of weakening the servi ce function; in the process of moral education understanding, main embodiment out; s chool leaders do not pay enough attention on moral education in Colleges and univers ities. Social and environmental causes are:the integration of the global economy on moral education in Colleges and universities to produce undesirable effect; reform and open policy and the market economy under the conditions of the change of people’s idea, college students in psychology has the cognitive disorder. Family reasons are:wi th the tendency of the commercial talent view " heavy wisdom light Germany ", affec ted the effectiveness of university moral education; quick education seriously dampene d the enthusiasm of the students, the university moral education work to produce unde sirable effect.On the analysis of the causes leading to problems on the basis of strengthening u niversities moral education, this paper puts forward the working effectiveness of count ermeasures. First of all, to strengthen the moral education in Colleges and Universities: improving moral education in Colleges and Universities Teachers’quality of innovatio n of moral education contents in College; frame; optimization of college moral educati on target; the dialogue as to improve college moral work in new ways; relocating the function of moral education, outstanding student oriented high school moral education subject; perfect the college moral education system. Secondly, to optimize the social environment:the inheritance and development of excellent traditional morality; the dim ension stability as the primary task of; grasp the party building work in Colleges and universities. Thirdly, strengthen the family in society, college, family moral education pattern in the important position of the trinity.Moral education is a system project, it involves all aspects of campus life, only e very students and staff of a serious shoulder the responsibility of educating people, m obilize the active participation in the initiative, establish new idea, new method summ ary, from enhance the effect of Ideological and political education, to ensure the qualit y of personnel training, so that moral education in Colleges and universities, the time step, on level.
