Research Of Effectiveness Of Moral Education For Postgraduate Students

Postgraduate students’ education plays an important part in cultivating high-qualified creative competent personnel,realizing the strategic target "talents for a strong country",accelerating socialist modernization construction and enhancing the national cultural soft power.Throughout the whole process of postgraduate students’ education,moral education is indispensable.Therefore,we need to strengthen moral education among postgraduate students,thus making effective results.With the reform being deepened,we have made great achievements in moral education and accumulated a wealth of experience.But we are still facing many challenges and problems.For example,the training pattern of postgraduate education does not meet social requirements;moral education content cannot keep up with the current trend;the teaching method of moral education is deficient,the access of moral education is limited,the environment of moral education is complicated and so on.These challenges have brought new challenges to postgraduate students and our teachers.The only way out is to make joint effort to enhance the effectiveness of moral education.The analysis of enhancing effectiveness of postgraduate moral education,will not only help to expand the perspective of moral education,deepen the theoretical basis of moral education,enrich and perfect the graduate education system,but also useful to improve the overall level of postgraduate education.This thesis mainly focused on the enhancement of the effectiveness of moral education.Firstly,the concept of effectiveness of the moral education for postgraduate students was defined,and the characteristics and necessity of it was discussed.Secondly,based on a survey on graduate students in 3 universities in Baoding,the current status and the root of problems of the effectiveness of moral education were analyzed according to the political literacy,ideological and moral condition,and sense of worth.Finally,some concrete ways including enrich the contents of moral education,strengthen the construction of moral education workers and optimize the working methods and environment of moral education,were suggested to enhance the effectiveness of the moral education of postgraduate students,which will make a contribution to carry out the work of moral education.
