As further improvement of China's socialist market economic system and the realization of modern strategic objectives. Graduate education has developed rapidly to become the highest level in China's educational structure, shoulders to the mission of cultivating high-quality,high-level and creative talents, and has been the important forces to enhance China's overall national strength and international competitiveness. As China's information society and knowledge-based economy continue to improving, the requirements of the talent level are higher in community and especially the graduate demand, Graduate students not only have to have a reasonable knowledge structure and a variety of skills, a pioneering and innovative capacity, but also should have good moral character and noble personality. Thus can become a integrated high-level personnel. Therefore, post-graduate work on the moral education has become an important component of graduate education .It plays an irreplaceable role in the process of comprehensive cultivating. Our state also gave full attention on graduate education. In this paper, this is based on the moral education, to study and countermeasure our country's postgraduate work.This article is divided into five parts to give a comprehensive definition of the graduate students moral education: Introduction, the course of development on graduate moral education, Graduate work in moral education and the issue of the status,countermeasures on moral education of graduate study, concluding remarks. The article recalls the current domestic and foreign graduate research on moral education, analysis moral education theory, moral model, mentor and role of moral education in these four aspects. And on this basis, summarized and concluded the relative theory, through the relevant lesson of the paper to find the starting point. Finally laying the necessary theoretical basis for the moral education .Then, this paper has systematically studied on moral education in China's postgraduate course of development. Through comparing moral education profiles between before and after the founding of the people's republic of china, find the features of the work of moral education in China. And on this basis, from the management system of moral education, graduate education model, moral education graduate and postgraduate work teams and their own characteristics, to give full analysis on the current moral education of China and the status of the problem. Finally, this paper summarized in moral education and summed up the problems on postgraduate work, gave the countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing moral education, especially refer to the new model of the graduate education - diversified cooperative education model, and focus on the patterns, the content and the mode and the advantages of the research, finally improving the moral education throughout this system of great significance.We bring forward the new era of moral education of postgraduate work, its purpose is to change the environmental characteristics of the circumstances, and better to solve practical work in the face of various problems. Conversely, the actual work and constant feedback through the practice finally counter on theory to adjust and improve. Therefore, in the future research work, we should constantly strengthen the theory and practice, the combination of our post-graduate research and analysis is key issues of moral education. Postgraduate work of moral education is a very complex project, this study is only a preliminary discussion, In particular, the practice has to be further strengthened.
