Moral quality plays a vital role in the system of graduate's personnel quality, because it directly affects the harmonious development of the graduate student's world outlook, the outlook on life and values. Therefore, as the institutions of teaching and training graduate students, how to develop the postgraduate's moral education in the whole process of graduate education seems especially important Especially along with the rapid development of our country's socialist market economy and and continuous expansion of graduate students, The moral work's object appeared a lot of new features,emerged some new problems. The moral environment has also undergone a relatively changes.This situation made the graduate's moral education faced a series of serious problems and challenges, strengthen and improve the moral education of graduate has caused the academic's concerns.This paper has launched the research of the current graduate moral education problems and their countermeasures on the starting. This paper is divided into four parts totally. The first part made a outline of the graduate's moral education, mainly discusses and analyses the graduate's moral connotion, status and characteristics. In the chapter two, we discuss the problems and reasons that can be uesd to explain the problems of moral education faced with. Analyses the problems in order to select the contents and methods correctly, enhance the moral education's targeted. In the third part, accoding to the moral problems under the background of new era, put forward the countermeasures.Mainly includes four aspects:establised "people--oriented" moral philosoply,optimize the moral teams,adjust the moral content,expand the moral way and carriers.
