Guangdong men's basketball league is China's first provincial amateur basketball league,as the brand of Guangdong province amateur competitions,was placed on the development of sports industry in Guangdong province.In this paper,using literature study,expert interview method,on-the-spot investigation method,content analysis,case studies and comparative analysis,by Men's basketball league media promotion strategy in Guangdong province as the research object,the communication theory,on the basis of "five w" mode,combined with the "4 ps" of marketing theory,in-depth excavation of the Guangdong Men's basketball league and promotion strategy.The study found that Guangdong province basketball association league tournament characteristics in Guangdong province,on the basis of the finance and the provincial league organization operation,to develop media promotion strategy of Guangdong Men's basketball league.First league goal setting,the promotion stage mainly divided into three steps,the first step,the league as a "product" promotion,dissemination of events of the scale,nature,significance and so on,in the start-up stage,made known to the society,the goal has been successfully implemented in the last two seasons;Guangdong province,the second step,the league as a "brand",in the first step,on the basis of focus from the event itself to promote the people who take part in the competition,based on "people",including,coaches,players,staff,etc.,such as "local soccer legend",etc.;The third step,with the aid of media promotion to further enhance the social effects of the league of Guangdong province,as the tube being separated,and gain greater economic benefits.Set to achieve its goals of promotion,the province basketball association formulated the detailed marketing plan,first,on the basis of characteristics of league,"home" and "amateur" nature of the league to promote;Second,fine points audience respectively set and promotion strategies,province league against teams fans,sponsors,three leading groups;Third,the difference between media type,for media with different properties,set different media cooperation mode,service mode and route of transmission.Fourth,timely and media information collection,feedback sponsors,cumulative effect,for the next investment accumulation of Jordan farmar.Research suggests that the further development of Guangdong province Men's basketball league,what belong to the ownership,is the need to clarify the bottleneck,to prevent the cake do well but no return after you sell.To further expand business channels of cooperation,innovative business model.Enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of the media reports,the enhanced reported provincial league's enthusiasm,the excavation of the provincial league news value,boost the enthusiasm of the basketball league reported in Guangdong province.Guangdong men's basketball league tournament is China's first provincial amateur league,its media promotion strategy for China's basketball career,and the other has important reference significance for the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.
