Under the correct leadership of the Guangdong Provincial Government in 2015,the Guangdong Provincial Basketball Association,through effective organization,multi-party coordination,correct guidance and scientific decision-making,ushered in the first provincial-level large-scale amateur basketball league organized by province Men 's Basketball League(GDBA).The league is mainly to implement the "State Council on accelerating the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption of a number of opinions" spirit,to further meet the people's sports and cultural needs,promote sports consumption,increase social employment,promote economic restructuring and upgrading as the primary purpose.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and other research methods to investigate and study the environment of GDBA League.Aiming at the development of GDBA to provide theoretical reference and practical countermeasures.The conclusions and recommendations are as follows:1.Research conclusion:1.1 in the development strategy: GDBA is the grass-roots basketball league in Guangdong and professional basketball league between the link,its development focus on the referee's training,talent,market,system,media and other aspects of the lack of systematic strategic deployment.1.2 in the management system and operational mechanism: GDBA league department set up a reasonable;regional competition is more loose,the vast majority of areas do not form a sound management system.Competition system is more reasonable,but the division of the division and the schedule to be adjusted;and part of the venue facilities are relatively backward.1.3 in the human resources: GDBA athletes age structure is too large,the main source of enterprises and institutions.The level of coaches is unbalanced and the level of coaching is quite different.The referee team is well built,but the regional selection lacks a reasonable mechanism.The level of management of league managers is high and the level of regional managers is weak.1.4 in the operating expenses: GDBA league operating expenses are more adequate;part of the regional team operations to corporate sponsors and government funding,the development of market capacity is weak.1.5 in the use of scientific research and training theory: GDBA has a good data platform,the lack of systematic training team,training methods are simple,a single means,combined with advanced training theory is poor.1.6 in terms of size and quality: GDBA continue to expand,but the league highlights the quality problems,there are unbalanced team athletic ability,fewer regional events live,regional media propaganda and other issues.2.Countermeasures:2.1 in the development strategy: to further relax the government functions of intervention,the introduction of market competition mechanism;optimize the talent institutions to strengthen the echelon construction;improve the system construction,the establishment of security mechanisms;expand market operations,the formation of a complete industrial structure.2.2 in the management system and operational mechanism: a sound management system;development of competition resources;focus on the introduction of professional and technical personnel and training.Expand the league team,to achieve full coverage;continue to optimize the league system;improve the site facilities,the development of material resources.2.3 in the human resources: to optimize the age structure of athletes;improve the grass-roots basketball league.Establish coaches information database,improve the training system.The establishment of referee information database,improve the regional referee selection system.The introduction of operational personnel;strengthen cooperation and exchanges.2.4 in terms of operating expenses: to improve regional investment capacity;increase the intensity of resource development.2.5 in the use of scientific research and training theory: Combined with the characteristics of the system and training theory,the development of training programs;the establishment of a scientific training training system.2.6 in terms of size and quality: strict entry qualification examination and approval matters;expand the media communication efforts;the establishment of talent selection mechanism.
