Study On Offensive And Defensive Ability Of Excellent Small Forwards In Guangdong Men’s Basketball League

As the change of modern basketball skill level and adapt to the development of The Times,in the basketball game in the accelerating pace of attack and defense conversion,small forward moderate height as basketball court,basketball technical comprehensive,strong comprehensive quality and a wide range of perimeter players and gradually develop into a mainstay of the basketball team.Guangdong Men’s Basketball League(GDBA)is a provincial basketball league with the highest amateur level in China.After years of continuous construction,reform and innovation,GDBA has become an important part of promoting national fitness,training sports reserve talents and developing Guangdong local basketball sports culture in China.Guangdong men’s basketball league as the cradle of cultivating excellent domestic players in the province,prefecture level in recent years guangdong basketball team continuously the introduction of "communication" outside the province basketball player,to promote the development of "indigenous" in the province outstanding young basketball player,but local best small forward in the province physical distance and basketball skills domestic first-class level there is still a large gap.The research object of this paper is the top eight outstanding small forwards of Guangdong Men’s Basketball League(GDBA)in 2020,and the technical ability of both ends is taken as the starting point.Through the method of literature,image,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the age,ball age and body shape(height,weight and Ketolet index)of the excellent small forwards in the "provincial" and "provincial" basketball league of Guangdong Province were analyzed respectively.Offensive ability(scoring ability,playing time,breakthrough ability,assists teammates,participate in fast break,fault phenomenon and the team tactics)and defense ability(steals,blocks,defensive rebounds,defense cooperation,foul)detailed comparison and analysis,in order to improve the guangdong local small forward to offer reference to the individual tactics ability,It provides a theoretical basis for the selection,cultivation and training of small forward players in China.The study drew the following conclusions:(1)Body shapeThere is no significant difference between the height,weight,age and Clueley index between the local excellent small forwards in Guangdong and the excellent small forwards outside Guangdong,but there is a significant difference in the "ball age" of the two sides when they participate in domestic large-scale provincial competitions.Under the condition of the same body shape and age,the main reason for the difference of offensive and defensive ability of small forwards in and out of the province is the difference of "playing age" between them.Small forwards in the province lack of high-density,high-standard basketball competition training,psychological resistance to pressure is insufficient,unable to give play to their own advantages and normal level.(2)Offensive abilityThere are significant differences in playing time and scoring data between small forwards in Guangdong and small forwards outside Guangdong.The lack of playing time and shooting times is the main reason for the difference in scoring ability between the two.In terms of breakthrough,there are significant differences in the number of breakthrough,the score of breakthrough and the pass after breakthrough.The small forwards in the province have poor dribbling skills in holding the ball,and the attacking means are single after the breakthrough,and the ability to handle the ball is insufficient.Offensive coordination: the provincial small forward’s vision is not broad enough,the passing quality is low,and without the ball is not active.Fast break aspect: provincial small forward fast break end ball ability is poor.There is no significant difference in the error of both sides.(3)Defensive abilityThe provincial small forwards judge the opponent’s poor awareness of passing line when they steal,which is easy to cause the phenomenon of defensive loss and defensive foul.The response of its sealing ability is slow,the explosive power is not good enough and the body coordination is poor.Defensive rebounds in the fight for the lack of awareness of the position of the lower limbs chassis strength is poor;Defensive cooperation exists the enthusiasm is poor,the pace moves slowly,at the same time afraid of fierce confrontation and other problems.
