A Study On The Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Personality

With the accelerating pace of social and economic reform,the driving force of entrepreneurship has been recognized by more and more people.Entrepreneurship Education in various colleges and universities is an inevitable trend of social development and education progress.The development of entrepreneurship education has a certain effect on alleviating the current employment pressure,the reform of higher education and the powerful country of science and technology.Therefore,how to carry on the education to the university students,so that they have a certain entrepreneurial ability and literacy is an important problem to be solved in Colleges and universities.Entrepreneurship has become the focus of social discussion,all colleges and universities have made many beneficial attempts in entrepreneurship education,whether the curriculum system,teaching mode,or the establishment of various training base,provide a good platform for college education.But from the current effect,substantial breakthrough is not obvious.The concept and method of traditional education still restricts the development of entrepreneurship education,especially in the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality.In the process of entrepreneurship education because of too much emphasis on imparting knowledge and skills,ignoring the cultivation of spirit,personality,leading to the current university students’ entrepreneurial consciousness is not strong,weak,relatively rigid entrepreneurial thinking.Finally,the entrepreneurial personality can not meet the needs of college students entrepreneurial personality education has become the focus of the current entrepreneurship education needs to be addressed.The entrepreneurship education of college students should not only be carried out in the aspect of skills,but also need to be educated in the aspects of spirit,quality and behavior.Based on the background of entrepreneurship education for college students,this paper makes a detailed analysis on how to cultivate the entrepreneurial personality of contemporary college students.Through literature review,questionnaires and other methods to summarize the relevant research status.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the basic situation of this paper.The second part is about the concept of personality,entrepreneurial personality and personality of college students and other related concepts,what are the characteristics and the necessity of cultivating the entrepreneurial personality of contemporary college students.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of the college students’ entrepreneurial personality,which is to find out the favorable conditions and make full use of it.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the root causes of the problem,looking for concrete and effective training measures.The fifth part is the conclusion,which is the conclusion of this paper to summarize and conclude the paper.The third part and the fourth part is the core part of this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted through the part of the College of management,economics and law majors,it summarizes factors affecting the entrepreneurial personality and measures that is to improve in the entrepreneurial process.
