Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Training Of Entrepreneurial Talents In H University

In recent years,with the increasing employment pressure and the increasing demand for entrepreneurship talents,it is imperative for colleges and universities to cultivate entrepreneurship talents.Vocational education in Colleges and universities is also a key part of the national education system,which is related to the career development plan of students after graduation,and indirectly determines the overall social and economic development.At present,domestic colleges and universities are vigorously promoting entrepreneurship education for college students.In the process of talent training,various methods have been implemented to implement the goal of "entrepreneurial talents".However,due to various factors,the actual effect is not satisfactory.The work of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities needs to be further improved.Therefore,the author focuses on the problems and Countermeasures of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in H University in Hunan Province.This research takes H University as the research object.Firstly,it makes a concrete analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in H University.It uses questionnaire and interview method to investigate the students,graduates,entrepreneurs and teaching staff in H University,and analyses the results of the questionnaire.It carries out data explanation from the purpose of entrepreneurship,Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship environment.Then it points out the specific problems and causes of the cultivation of entrepreneurship talents in H University,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the imperfect entrepreneurship education system;the lack of professional teachers;the lack of entrepreneurship practice and so on.The causes of the problems include: backward understanding of educational concepts;poor quality of students' own entrepreneurship;inadequate construction of social atmosphere and lack of close cooperation between government,schools and enterprises.After that,learning from the advanced experience of foreign entrepreneurship talents training,it illustrates the mode and practice of entrepreneurship talents training in the United States,Britain,Japan and Germany,and summarizes its advantages and enlightenments: strengthening practical teaching;giving full play to government functions and optimizing teaching methods.Finally,the paper gives some countermeasures for the problems and reasons of cultivatingentrepreneurship talents in H University.At the level of social entrepreneurship atmosphere,we should deepen the comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,strengthen the support of the government to cultivate entrepreneurship talents,establish excellent cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,etc.At the level of entrepreneurship education system,we should improve the ways and methods of entrepreneurship education,strengthen the design of entrepreneurship curriculum system,and so on.Through this study,I hope to improve the work effect of entrepreneurship talents training in H University,and to provide some reference for other colleges and universities to cultivate entrepreneurship talents.
