The Impact Of Creative Personality And Entrepreneurship Education On College Student's Entrepreneurial Intentions

Entrepreneurial innovation as one of the engine to promote China's economic,it attracted widespread attention at all levels of government,with the steady growth of China's higher education scale,which brings two important propositions,one is how to continue to improve the quality of education,the second is to ensure the high-efficiency and employment of the graduates.Innovation leads to entrepreneurship,and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities,it will be the important ways to solve the present college students employment problem.Encourage the college students' innovative undertaking,actively mobilize contain unlimited potential in college student's group,is both an effective way for college students self-realization,and an internal development requirement of higher education to perfect itself,it also the hope of the future economic sustainable and healthy development in our country.Will is the best predictor behavior,There are many influence factors on entrepreneurial intention,through the literature research,this paper discusses creative personality,entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy three factors influence on entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of psychological cognitive.College student's as the research object,and 648 valid copies of questionnaire were collected.On the basis of the data collection,using the principal components and the maximum variance method analysis the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,confirmatory factor analysis was carried out on the each variables,finally structural equation model,were used to test the thypothesis.The results show that:(1)Creative personality and entrepreneurship education has significant positive influence on college student's entrepreneurial intention;(2)The creative personality,entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy significantly positive correlation;(3)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy in creative personality,entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention relationship between partial intermediary role,the correlation was not significant in the imagination of the creative personality dimensions venture relationship between the two dimensions of management efficiency.Finally,according to the results,put forward four suggestions:The first is College education pays attention to the cultivation of the student's creative personality traits and entrepreneurial self-efficacy;The second is to improve entrepreneurship education support,curriculum and evaluation system;The Third is explores entrepreneurial education mode diversification;Finally,the Student's should to establish correct start-up mentality,improve their innovation ability.
