Nowadays,private colleges have become a powerful new force of China’s higher education development with the rise of knowledge economy in the current reform of higher education.However,the growth of China’s private higher speed is relatively slow based on a variety of reasons.It has to be admitted that our school-running mode of private colleges is still in exploring stage,though many private colleges have twenty or thirty years of educational experience.Therefore,it’s hard to avoid the appearance of a wide range of problems in the whole teaching system.Obviously,the talents is radically connected with the survival and development of private colleges.And the problem of the brain drain has been becoming more and more severe at present,which is also one of the problems that need to be solved immediately.This paper mainly takes KX College as an example to study the problem of brain drain in private colleges.It is theoretically base on the study by combining the theory of motivation and the whole of human resource management.Taking the current situation of brain drain in KX College as the starting point,it tries to find out the main factors that influence the job satisfaction of teachers through the investigation and analysis of their job satisfaction,then analyze the causes of brain drain,amend the college’s internal incentive mechanism to promote the sustainable development of the college.What’s more,it tries to make good use of countermeasures and suggestions on the problem of brain drain,and play a reference role for other private colleges management and education administrative departments.This paper contains six departments.At first,it explains the background and the significance of the study for the whole thesis.Next it introduces the research ideas and research methods.Then the related theories are clarified and the theoretical basis is also clarified.Furthermore,it summarizes and sums up the negative impact of the loss of teachers on six aspects of the private colleges through the analysis of the structure and the loss of teachers in KX College.In the process of analyzing the reasons for the loss of talents in private colleges,method of investigation of job satisfaction is used.The qualitative problem is solved by quantitative method to make the process of the analysis of the reasons more complete,and the result of the analysis more scientific.According to the results for the survey,SPSS software is used for statistical analysis,and six factors that cause brain drain are summarized.In the end,the key points are located in the research on how to improve the incentive mechanism of private colleges.This paper sums up the reasons through analyzing the factors for the loss of teachers-the macro aspects of the society,the private colleges themselves,as well as teachers and other aspects.According to the actual situation of private colleges,it analyzes the current situation of the work characteristics and requirements of private college teachers.It also puts the human resource management and incentive theory in practice.By creating a favorable external environment,improving the private colleges’ own incentive mechanism as well as researching three aspects of the teacher individuals,the talent incentive mechanism for the long-term development of private colleges should be established to improve or solve the phenomenon of the loss of talent in Private Colleges.
