Research On Resilience-promoting Of Mothers Of Children With Hemophilia

With the development of science and technology and the progress of the society,rare diseases group gradually into people’s horizons.Hemophilia as a kind of rare diseases,but also gradually aroused people’s concern.Hemophilia home not only to do battle with illness,long-term multiple burden on economic,but psychological.Mother and children with hemophilia as its direct caregivers,and gene carriers,bear much more pressure,be badly in need of attention and support.Long-term difficulties for children with mother’s ability to cope with adversity and setback puts forward very high requirements,but in most cases children with mother’s art force level is not enough to cope with its life.Social work in helping children with congenital advantage makes it help mother will help to enhance the level of art force.Taking guizhou province as the research object,10 children with hemophilia mother by using the method of depth interview for data collection,and for children with mothers face adversity,its art form and protection factors,sums up the interview data.At the same time,the social worker on the basis of data analysis,by using the method of group work intervention for children with mother,through games,training,film and television appreciation,sharing in the form of six group activities,designed to strengthen its protection factor,enhance the level of its art force.Service evaluation proves that the team work in children with hemophilia a mother,to improve the art level,improve their quality of life have certain effect.In addition,the author also practice process on the reflection on the team work and experience summary,the research explores the existing problems and limitations.
