Hemophiliacs in our country nowadays are facing big problems in many aspects,including medical service,education,employment,psychological and social security.They not only have the physical and mental pain,but also bring a heavy burden to family and society,including the mother as the main caregivers of children with hemophilia is facing greater pressure. Concerns and service demand about hemophilia patients and their families will become more and more urgent,so the professional social workers need to join the service team of hemophilia community and improve their quality of life.In this study,the author know the survival condition of the mother of children with hemophilia by in-depth interviews,and apply group work throughout the service comprehensively,in order to help group members to develop healthy social relations,improve care skills,regulate negative emotions,establish a good social support system,finally relieve the psychological pressure,and indirectly improve hemophilia patients and their family’s quality of life.During the process of the group,the author investigates the role of social worker and timely adjusted the group’s plans according to the actual effect of group activities and different troubles in different periods of the group work,and analysis group process in details. In the latter part of the group work,the author is assessed from two aspects of the process and the effect of group work,then summarizes the activities of experience in the process and discusses the existing problems in the process of activities.
