Teachers title assessment is the evaluation and affirmation to the teacher professionalism and it is the most important way to evaluate talents in our country.The proportion of basic education in our country education is very large,and there are certain difference for primary school teachers title assessment between remote mountainous areas and economic development relatively good area.In recent years,our country in order to promote balanced development of the rural education began to tilt the title assessment in the rural,and make adjustments in the opportunity,conditions and policy of evaluation.Therefore,it is vital significance to further study the problem of rural primary school teachers title assessment,because it can guide the young teachers to the rural and stay there,and inspire the positive self development of the rural teachers.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background of the selected topic and related literature review.The second part mainly expounds the related concepts and policy of teachers title assessment.Firstly,the thesis defining the concept of teachers title assessment.Then,the thesis sort the policies of the assessment,respectively analyzed from the goal,content and procedures and seek the requirements and significance to the title assessment.The third part is looking for the problems existing in title assessment in the rural primary school.The thesis commence from four aspects of the opportunity,conditions,procedures and incentive effect to take questionnaire and interview survey in G town.Then,find out the problem of the teachers title assessment in the rural primary school through the analysis of the data processing,which such as there are less chance to obtain title assessment,so much assess conditions are not achieve,title assessment procedures are not scientific,and exist negative evaluation.The forth part analyzed the reasons of the primary school teachers title assessment problem in G town.This part respectively analyzed the problems from the policy,teachers group and the safeguard mechanism existing in the rural primary school teachers title assessment.Then concluded the reasons that exist policy orientation deviation,the ability of teachers group are relatively weak,and missing safeguard mechanism in the title assessment.The fifth part put forward the solving suggestions in the rural primary school teachers title assessment.This part put forward the corresponding solutions base on the analysis of the problems and reasons.It carry on the corresponding thinking and research respectively from the system,teachers' ability,procedure and guarantee mechanism,put forward accomplishing institutional justice start from the top design;improving teachers' ability accurate support;planning process,detailed evaluation link;comprehensive implementation,set up the mechanism of the norm.
