| As vulnerable groups in society,vagrant minors are increasingly concerned by the society.In order to bring them back to the family and into the community,they need to further improve the wandering minors rescue protection system,and feasibly strengthen and improve the rescue protection for wondering minors.As a relief stations that undertakes the protection of wondering minors,the relief work is more humane.With the joining of social work,the concept of people-oriented is strengthened and carried out in the process of relief.But,because of the sluggish minors mobility,the problem is diverse and complex,how social workers effectively intervene in the rescue station on the in the wondering minor protection work is the social work practice and localization of the proper meaning.This article is based on a typical case I met when I was an intern in the relief station of Q city.By taking the scientific methods of case social work,we stepped into the relief work to analyses the current difficulties they faced and causes for their situation.Following the theory of ecosystems,strength perspective and cognitive behavior theory,adhering to the principles of people-oriented and the idea of helping people and help themselves positively,we wanted to improve the disadvantageous living situation of the minor vagabonds.By communicating with the victim,we helped and encouraged them to return the mainstream of society.They realized their own strengths and weaknesses,regained their confidence and establish a correct outlook on life,values and world view,which will lay a solid foundation for their future life.After the case,the author will assess and reflect on the final service results,for the future to carry out similar work experience.After the end of the case,considering the proper methods,professional perspective and the feasibility of intervention,we made reflections,and then offered recommendations from the angle of the case intervention and the protection policy for minors. |
