Research On Practical DiMMiculties And Solutions OM The Protection OM Sexually Assaulted Minors Mrom The Perspective OM Social Support

The event of sexual assault to the juveniles gradually increases.All sections of society strongly call on the protection to the juveniles,and hope every social section could pay attention to the sexual assault to the juveniles.But due to the fact that the juveniles are physically and psychological weak,the protection work also includes considering their psychological requirements,making them fast believe others again and immerse into the society smoothly.Currently,the protection work to the juveniles under sexual assault lacks the system of intervening mode;the protection work subject is single and it is difficult to deeply develop.It also lacks the deep and detailed research and discussion about the trouble and requirement faced by the juveniles under sexual assault and their families.Therefore,this paper takes the protection work to the juveniles under sexual assault as the research subject,makes the social support as the research perspective and background,and analyzes the protection situation of social support groups to the juveniles under sexual assault through questionnaire method and interview method.Based on this,it analyzes the concrete trouble of the protection to the juveniles under sexual assault in the aspects of teenagers,families and social support,and proposes the concrete solution method of the protection work to the juveniles under sexual assault in combination with the analysis.Through the analysis to the existing questionnaire results and the interview materials,this research explores the trouble faced by various subjects of the actual situation of the juveniles under sexual assault,the recognition of other families in the society to the sexual assault events,and the protection work to the juveniles under sexual assault.The research has selected 8 juveniles under sexual assault as the main research subject,takes the social support perspective as the theoretical foundation.First,understand the juveniles under sexual assault themselves and the family modes.Second,interview the social support team members of the protection work to know the process of developing the cases.According to various materials,analyze the trouble and current situation of the protection work to the juveniles under sexual assault.Through the actual cases and the questionnaire and deep interview to the social support team,the research has found that the self-protection awareness and protection ability of the juveniles are the elements affecting the protection work development.The weak family support and bad relations between parents and children are hard to provide strong family protection for the juveniles under sexual assault.The guardians have misunderstanding to the sexual assault events,leading to improving the willingness of the family members to accept the service.It also exists the obvious shortage and limitation from the forensic evidence process to the intervening stage of justice social workers.According to the above trouble and shortage,combining with the social support perspective,this research summarizes the working path from the judicial social work intervening mode.The justice social workers should guide the juveniles to improve the personal problem solving and risk handling abilities,in order to avoid into the assault event again,accompany the juveniles to build the inner self-esteem from the perspective of psychological recovering and construction,as well as improve the family protection,which is the necessary path.In the aspect of social support,the justice social workers can fully play the role of initiator,improve the community safety maintenance and supervision,avoid the impact of social deformed culture,and improve the protection and assistance mechanism to the juveniles under sexual assault.
