With the rapid development of science and technology,especially the rapid development of the Internet to our lives has brought great changes in the world's changes are changing rapidly,modern life on our overall quality requirements are getting higher and higher,in order to improve the overall quality of our people,The state put forward the implementation of quality education education policy.Quality education requirements for all students,improve students' ideological and moral,cultural literacy,science and technology,labor skills and physical and mental quality.But the author through a year of teaching practice survey found that due to the characteristics of their own chemistry,students of their own psychological quality,family education and other reasons,some students in the chemical learning is still a difficulty,far less than the requirements of quality education,seriously affect the quality of teaching the school,the school and the school's first-line teachers are very want to solve this problem,so this paper through the questionnaire survey and interviews and other detailed analysis of the causes of chemical students,to find a suitable and effective transformation strategy,effectively transform the “students with learning difficulties”,which is very practical significance.This article consists of seven parts:Chapter 1:Focuses on the reasons of the research;Domestic and international research achievements in this respect;The research of the object,method and purpose of the study.Chapter2: Introduces the definition of "students with learning difficulties";The definition of "students with learning difficulties of chemistry";The theoretical basis of the transformation of students with disabilities.Chapter 3: Analyze the results of the questionnaire and the results of the 60 students in the two randomly selected schools(Yan'an Middle School and Yan'an No.4 Middle School).Chapter 4: Analyze the causes of the students(internal factors and external factors): Internal factors include lack of learning interest,lack of learning motivation,unscientific learning methods and poor learning habits,weak basic knowledge,improper attribution and so on.And the external factors include family education,school education,social education and subject characteristics;Chapter 5: According to the causes of chemical difficulties students put forward the specific transformation strategy;Chapter 6: Select three typical students to track their observation and education intervention,and achieved good results;Chapter 7: Mainly on the full text of the summary and reflection.Practice has proved that as long as the teacher take appropriate strategies to students have been patient guidance,the cooperation of school,family and community to provide a good environment,at the same time through the students themselves will continue to make every student to achieve the requirements of quality education.
