In this paper, through the analysis of background in mobile learning, informal learning has developed rapidly under, follow the requirements of the times to ask questions. It is pointed out that the the use of micro channel of mobile learning senior information technology to improve teaching efficiency is imminent. The author uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, observation method, case analysis method, experimental method and so on many kinds of methods, through the core concept limits, After the analysis of the current status of mobile learning in the domestic and foreign WeChat platforms, this paper summarizes the analysis of the current situation, and analyzes the survey and analysis of teachers and students,summed up the seven aspects of the impact of high school information technology teaching efficiency.This paper focuses on how to apply WeChat mobile learning to the information technology in senior high school. Through the investigation and analysis of problems and WeChat mobile learning characteristics of the teaching of high school information technology at present, demonstrates the possibility of mobile learning in high school information technology disciplines using WeChat, then the high school information technology learning content of modular adjustment, development of mobile learning resources for high school students to learn learning, and analyze the mobile learning process,in the micro mobile learning in the teaching system of high school information technology micro mobile learning instructional design and examples. And expand the experimental teaching case analysis, clear the purpose of experimental research,teaching content and teaching object, put forward the hypothesis, design model, through the control variables, the results of the experimental study. Through the application after the analysis of the questionnaire and the micro channel public platform system backstage data analysis comes to the conclusion that the micro channel mobile learningin information technology course in senior middle school teaching effect has been effectively improved, to break with the teacher as the center of the single teaching mode,to better mobilize the learner's initiative, improve the learner's confidence; improve the teaching system, to guide the learners to rational use of fragments of time; reduce teachers' workload and improve teaching efficiency, On the basis of this analysis, the limitations of the case study are analyzed, and the prospect of further research in the future is put forward.
