Under the new round of college entrance examination reform,high school biology teaching not only meets the past requirements for students' subject knowledge,but also pays more attention to the cultivation of students' core literacy.In 2017,the Ministry of Education revised the "Biology Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools" and put forward the requirements of cultivating students' four core qualities: scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,life concept and social responsibility.For teachers,the reform of teaching methods is imminent.With the rapid development of information technology,teaching methods have more choices,but for most schools,hardware transformation is a relatively long process,and the textbooks currently used lack new factual cases and update slowly.Based on the urgent need to cultivate core literacy and the contradiction between school hardware and textbooks with lagging relative information which cannot be changed immediately,this study adopts many research methods,such as investigation,documentation and practice,to carry out nearly a year's teaching practice and analysis of biology teaching for senior one students,and to increase relevant knowledge in routine teaching on the platform of Wechat App.Understanding,supplementing relevant factual cases and carrying out after-class discussions.Practice assists traditional biology teaching by means of mobile learning,and draws the following conclusions: 1.The way of using Wechat to assist traditional teaching can effectively improve students' interest in biologys and improve their performance.2.Through the way of Wechat-assisted teaching,it breaks through the deficiency of traditional teaching which only pays attention to knowledge achievement.It enables students to learn to apply biology knowledge to real life,and plays a posit ive role in cultivating students' two core qualities of "life concept" and "social responsibility".3.Through teaching practice,students learn how to screen the information they get and how to find the resources they need,which plays an important role in improving students' core literacy of "scientific thinking" and "scientific inquiry".4.For students,the most important thing in the process of learning is still the degree of mastery of knowledge.The most attractive aspect of Wechat-assisted teaching is that it can provide abundant resources.Therefore,in the process of Wechat-assisted teaching,providing abundant resources is to serve students to master basic knowledge.At the same time,the following problems are found in practice: 1.The use of mobile phones is a double-edged sword.Although there are many benefits,the abuse and overuse of mobile phones are unavoidable problems.The study also found that the use of mobile phones has caused some parents and teachers' concerns,and some students use mobile phones to play games in the name of it.2.For teachers,the screening of Wechat resources requires a large amount of work,but also a big challenge.In the teaching process,we should resolutely avoid the occurrence of knowledge errors.
