The Research And Countermeasures Of Senior High School Student Sexual Health Education In Dazhou

China holds the world's largest population of young people.As the future hope of the Chinese nation,teenagers in high school gradually come into the stage of sexual maturity.With the development of economy,our country's teenagers are facing the situation of sexual maturity in advance.At the same time,juvenile delinquency has become a social problem that can not be underestimated.Teachers and the school have important guiding function in adolescent sexual health education because the school is the growth environment of the students and the teacher is the students' growth guide.The high school stage is the best period of sexual health education for adolescent students.In high school,biology is a science that studies the phenomena of life and biological activities which is closely associated with sexual health education.The biology teachers should be permeated with the health education in biology teaching with the particularity of the subject education.In order to make moral education more perfect,more teachers in subject penetration teaching system,students set up healthy sex education concept.This thesis adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method.A survey of adolescent sexual health education was conducted among 1080 students in 6 secondary schools in Dazhou.The result showed that:1.Sexual health education needs to be improved.68.33% of the students said they did not accept or do not know the school's propaganda on sexual health education,34.35% of the students had never heard about the health education of biology teachers in biology teaching.2.Sexual health education in rural schools needs to be strengthened.City school and township school in adolescent sexual health education there is a significant difference(premarital sex P<0.05 X2=13.034,Sexual behavior of middle school students P < 0.05X2 = 8.518,AIDS transmission P< 0.001 X2=21.897,Female sexual maturity p < 0.001X2=14.644,Male sexual maturity P < 0.001 X2=25.215)Sexual health education in urban schools is relatively good;3.There were significant differences in sexual health education among different genders.In adolescent sexual health education there is a significant difference between the difference grades.(pornographic books P<0.001 X2=94.080,Puppy love P<0.001X2=37.331,Homosexuality and heterosexuality P<0.001 X2=52.960,Sexual behavior of middle school students P<0.001 X2=124.627,Chastity P<0.001 X2=24.649,Premarital sexual harm P<0.01 X2=15.218,Premarital sexual behavior P<0.001X2=98.234,AIDS hazard P<0.001 X2=29.585)Boys' sexual health education is better than that of female students;4.Sexual health education was not significantly different among grades,Compared with puberty sexual health education among different grades,there was no significant difference between grades(P>0.05).In view of current situation,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of schools,biology teachers and networks.
