The Party and the state have always been highly concerned about the health of citizens.With the change of social life style,the incidence of cancer,infectious diseases,depression and other diseases is rising sharply,and health problems among high school students are also getting worse.In the context of "Healthy China",the Party and the state pointed out in the Planning Outline of "Healthy China 2030" that it is necessary to establish the promotion mechanism of health education focusing on primary and secondary schools.The "Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High School(2017 Edition)" also pointed out the value and educational status of the concept of life.Therefore,the status of health education in biology has gradually emerged.Health education not only helps to cultivate students' biological core literacy,but also helps to accelerate the pace of the strategy of "Healthy China".Therefore,based on previous studies and combined with the characteristics of senior high school biology,this paper explores the effective infiltration conditions of health education in biology teaching in senior high school and gives full play to the role of biology teaching in promoting health education so as to improve students' health literacy.Firstly,this paper use literature research method to look up the research status of health education at home and abroad,and compare and summarize the related concepts of health,health education,school health education,health literacy.Secondly,this paper investigates the health status of senior high school students in Shihezi area,the current situation of teachers infiltrating health education in biology teaching and the situation of health education carried out in schools by questionnaire survey.In addition,this paper makes descriptive and relevant statistical analysis on the questionnaire data,and analyzes and summaries the deficiencies of infiltrating health education in current teaching.Thirdly,in view of the problems reflected in the questionnaire survey,combined with the actual situation of the region,this paper proposes the penetrating strategy of health education in biology teaching and design cases for classroom teaching practice and reflection.Finally,it summarizes the conclusion of this study and clarifies the shortcomings of this study and prospects the development of health education in the future.The results of this study show that the school's health education and training for teachers and students is too one-sided and insufficient,and the school's evaluation and supervision mechanism on health education needs to be clarified and improved.Teachers' access to health education materials is less and their initiative is not strong.Under the influence of limited class hours,non-teaching important and difficult points of health education,lack of theories and methods,teachers explain health content selectively and intermittently.Teachers' educational methods are not flexible and their teaching methods lack innovation.The students' physical health condition is worrying.The students' autonomy in acquiring health knowledge is not strong and their health knowledge is lack of integrity,which is manifested in the narrow scope of knowledge and not thorough understanding.The development of students' health cognition is not balanced.The students' health awareness is weak and their behavior habits are not good.In order to effectively carry out health education in biology teaching and improve students' health literacy,the author puts forward the following strategies: schools should establish the status and objectives of health education curriculum;schools should strengthen the construction of the professional team of health and health education in schools;schools should attach importance to the creation of healthy supportive environments;schools should establish the evaluation and supervision mechanism of health education;schools should study together to optimize the curriculum resources of health education;the region should establish a "school-family-society" tripartite linkage health education system.Teachers should dig deeply into the teaching materials and find the entry point of health education;teachers should broaden access to health knowledge and enrich the materials of health education;teachers should adapt health education methods flexibly and innovate teaching methods.Students should actively learn health knowledge to promote the awakening of health education cognition;students should strengthen health will exercise to promote the formation of healthy behavior habits;students should actively participate in health activities to promote the improvement of health literacy.
