Adolescence means the interim between childhood and adulthood. It is a very important period when one’s conscience sense and world view forms and physiological function develops from immature to mature. Accompany with the development of physiology, Adolescent begin to have consciousness of sex. They are curious about sex and eager to know it. As a result of social economic development and improvement of standard of living, the age of physiological growth and physiological maturity has been moved ahead. Different culture and media also have a full impact on adolescent and make them have great interest in sex, but also feel confused. If their demand for sexology can not be satisfied from the normal channel, they could be misguided by unscientific and insalubrious information that brings bad influence to their growth. At present, our country doesn’t attach enough importance to sexology and doesn’t make as a separate subject. However, a lot of shocking cases made us realize that introducing sexology to biology teaching for adolescent is imperative. How should the biology teachers use their advantage to arrange the class? All these questions are the key topics by research on this subject.This article is based on trial of combining the characteristic of biology and the growth rule of students’body and mind in junior middle school. During teaching, teacher can carry out the sexology through biological evolution and biological commonalities.With these methods, students can learn the sexology in the view of biology, remove the mystery of sex and gain a systemic and scientific understanding about sex. Through analysising some cases, induct the students to build up a correct conscience sense and legal concept of sex, to recognize the appropriate behavior in heterosexual relation and help them strengthen the self-protection awareness.The practice proved that penetration is a suitable mode by research on biology teaching in junior middle school. The content and method, which is determined through questionnaire made with points of penetration of one’s research, is effective,they can satisfy students’demand for sexology, and build up a correct conscience sense and legal concept of sex, recognize these appropriate behaviors in heterosexual relation and help the students bring up a healthy sexual sense preliminary.
