Study On The Landless Farmers Residential Space Characteristics And Their Satisfaction In Coal Mining Subsidence Area

Coal is the major consumer of energy in China,coal power has been the dominant source of energy used to fuel the rapid economic development of China in the past two decades.Coal mining for the national economic development and social progress has made a significant contribution.However,the large-scale extraction of coal will form the bulk of coal mining subsidence area.Residents have lost not only depend on the subsidence area of cultivated land,but also residential houses were damaged,threatens their safety of lives and property.How to solve this special population resettlement,improve their living conditions,and promote the construction of new towns and beautiful countryside.This has become disciplines such as sociology,economics,urban geography of the important issues.The present study takes a typical coal resources city Huaibei City,Anhui Province as an example,landless farmers in coal mining subsidence area as the research object,uses depth interviews,GIS spatial analysis,SPSS factor analysis and other methods,discusses the Huaibei Coal mining subsidence area of landless farmers living space characteristics and satisfaction.According to the research on how to optimize landless farmers living space,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.The study is composed of three parts.The first part is an introduction,mainly clarify that the research background,significance,contents,methods and technical route.And providing theoretical basis for design and implementation of the other part of this study.The second part is about the spatial characteristics of landless farmers live in mining subsidence area and their satisfaction,mainly elaborated from three aspects.First of all,landless farmers features through depth interviews were summarized,the research results show that(1)Some farmers still have reclaimed land,however,it cannot be used as the main source of household income.Therefore,going out to work is their main way of employment.(2)After relocation,defferent community residents in the housing location and the form of housing to urban life form.But,most residents were still kept in the living habits of rural life in the past.Second,based on the Huaibei coal mining subsidence area of resettlement community sample of data collected,this study analyzes the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of landless farmers living space in Huaibei coal mining subsidence area.(1)Overall,the uneven distribution of coal mining subsidence area farmers,present a “north and south much,less in the middle” and “big mixing-up,small inhabit” characteristics.(2)From the point of different community types,the distribution of scattered points in the old city center,multi-storey apartment community around the city block layout,rural community groups in the outer urban distribution.(3)From the point of influencing factors,landless farmers living space distribution characteristics of subsidence area is influenced by many factors,such as policy,transportation,distribution of the mine,farmers inhabitation conceptions.Last,SPSS factor analysis method was used to study the satisfaction of landless farmers living space,the results show that(1)Main factors affecting the satisfaction of the people living there,such as housing conditions,community services,income,community participation,convenient life,interpersonal communication.(2)After the relocation of farmers living conditions of the overall satisfaction is not high,however,they don't show a strong sense of disorientation.(3)Different geographical location and layout patterns have little effect on the residents living satisfaction,but it influenced by different construction patterns.The third part is conclusion and discussion,summarizes the main conclusion of this study,points out the limitations of this study.In order to optimize the subsidence land-lost farmers living space countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
