Vigorously cultivating new professional farmers is an effective way to promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.It is a way to break through the bottle neck of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Huaibei,and realize the overall well-off society in rural areas of Huaibei.It is also an important measure to realize agricultural modernization and vigorously promote the rural revitalization strategy.Although the new type of professional farmers cultivation has achieved certain achievements at this stage,the construction of the new professional farmers cultivation system is a topic that has been raised in recent years,coupled with the limitations of the local government as the main body of cultivation and the deficiencies of the farmers themselves.The local government's new professional farmers are lacking in the motivation mechanism,the competition mechanism is lacking,and the overall cultivation efficiency is not high.Therefore,it is of vital importance to stabilize the basic position of agriculture in the national economy and cultivate a new type of professional farmers team with "culture,technology,and management".This paper has made an effective analysis of the status quo,path and effect of new professional farmers training.Combined with the current situation of new professional farmers training in Huaibei city,the main problems affecting new professional farmers training of Huaibei city were coverd as:(1)new professional farmers insufficient motivation to cultivate.(2)lack of competition mechanism for new professional farmers training.(3)he new professional farmers' cultivation and operation mechanism being not smooth.(4)the guaranty mechanism for the cultivation of new professional farmers being lagged.It were proposed to strengthen the effective path of new professional farmers cultivation of Huaibei city as:(1)to strengthen the management of new professional farmers,(2)to strengthen the cultivation of new professional farmers,(3)to strengthen the support of new professional farmers,and(4)to strengthen new occupations propaganda of farmers' achievements.
