All along,our country for teaching reform has never stopped,while foreign countries have focused more on teaching reform and cultivation of "underachievers(students with learning difficulties)".These studies are aimed at improving the level of quality education.In a sense,developing the potential of "underachievers",paying more attention to them and not making them fall behind are more meaningful.Currently,the definition of"underachievers" is still in the discussion stage both domestic and abroad.In general,there are two reasons for the formation of "underachievers":the one is intellectual factors;the other one is non-intellectual(environmental)factors.Appropriate reforming teaching mode can reduce or transform those students.Therefore,the research of this paper is mainly through the author's first line of teaching and management experience to analyze the phenomenon of high school stage"underachievers".Through the discussion of the connotation of "underachievers" in high school,we will have a correct understanding of the formation of "underachievers".Furthermore,we will analyze the reasons for this formation and find methods to promote transformation in combination with the teaching mode of "group cooperative learning"which is very popular at present.What we study "underachievers" is not only temporarily to improve the achievement of these students,but also more importantly to form a set of real transformation mechanism and establish of a series of guidance to help them complete the transformation,hoping to let learning difficult students get real promotion by making them really master the learning method,improve their learning interest and put more energy into the study.The specific research contents are as follows:The first part is mainly conducted in my teaching school.We collected first-hand information for analysis,hoping to demonstrate the research significance to the transformation strategy of "underachievers".The second part mainly carries on the analysis to the current situation of"underachievers" in high school biology teaching practice.We study the learning psychology and mentality of "underachievers" combined with practical cases of weariness students,hoping to provide the foundation for the third part of the transformation strategy.The third part is mainly through analysis of the above reasons,current status and psychology.We can drew a conclusion that the methods of completing the transformation of "underachievers" mainly in psychological counseling,cooperative learning style,multiple teaching ways,experimental teaching.
