Research On The Construction Of Rural Public Sports Service Supply Mode In Dunhuang

In June 1995,the outline of the nationwide body-building plan was approved by the state council and began to be implemented nationwide.Since then,governments at all levels have attached great importance to the supply of public sports services,especially in terms of the annual construction of infrastructure and the expansion of the talent pool.As a result,the overall number of public sports infrastructure and social sports instructors in China is increasing day by day.However,influenced by the level of regional economic development,the supply of public sports services shows obvious differences.Due to the different development bases and economic growth rates of cities and villages,there is still a prominent dual division between urban and rural areas in the supply of public sports services.In order to enrich relevant research on rural public sports service in DunHuang city,draw the focus for the government to increase the supply of grassroots public sports service,and improve the original supply mode.Based on the rural public sports service supply mode of DunHuang city as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,under the current supply mode operation on both sides of supply and demand of DunHuang city,to carried on the thorough understanding of the reality of the performance,it is concluded that the problems of rural public sports service supply in DunHuang city mainly include: single supply subject,fewer sprots social organizations and their limited ability,public sports service system structure remains to be perfected,lack in total supply,the system construction is weak(including traditional administrative system,poor financial mechanism,urban and rural dual system deeply rooted,the lack of evaluation mechanism,insufficient department coordination mechanism),the rural residents' weak sports consciousness and so on.This paper analyzes the current supply mode of rural public sports service in DunHuang —— the government single supply mode,considering that this mode just temporarily meets the rural residents' sports demand.Its deficiency firstly manifests in the hardware facilities supply is general and slightly appears to be onefold,which neglects the countryside resident's real demand;Secondly,the financial mechanism still needs to be improved,and the separation of urban and rural areas is still severe.Finally,the government's single supply restricts the awareness and vitality of other supply subjects to participate in service supply,especially market organizations and sports social organizations,while the supply front of rural public sports service is relatively long and complex,which is not suitable for a long period of time.Therefore,it is imperative to explore a new and more efficient mode of rural public sports service supply.Under the guidance of national policy documents,combined with the current rural public sports service supply and demand status quo in DunHuang,on the basis of the original supply mode,take measures according to local conditions and the current need to build a "government-led,collaborative,public participation of rural public sports service supply mode,to provide efficiency and quality rural public sports service for rural residents,to constitute a new type of"diversity,sustainable,cooperation and competition coexist "mode of rural public sports service supply for DunHuang.Through the construction and exploration of this mode,it can provide theoretical reference for enriching the relevant research on the rural public sports service supply in DunHuang city,further improving the health level of rural residents,and carrying out the national strategy of national fitness and other goals in DunHuang.
