Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Sports Service In Northern Jiangsu Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural problem has always been a short board problem in the process of construction and development of our country.At present,the development of various undertakings in our country cannot be separated from the solution of rural undertakings.To solve the rural problem has become one of the important contents of the construction and development of various undertakings in our country.The nineteen victory of the party was convened,and the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core put forward the strategy of "Rural Revitalization".The strategy clearly points out that we should enrich rural cultural life,adhere to the dominant position of farmers,and protect the basic rights and interests of farmers.We will increase the supply of rural public services and strengthen the construction of rural social security systems.In this context,the goal of building a strong sports country and Jiangsu Province has promoted the development of rural sports.Starting from the rural areas of Donghai County,this paper studies the supply of rural public sports services by means of literature,field research,questionnaire and interview.Based on the needs of rural residents,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the supply of rural public sports services,and then puts forward suggestions to promote the healthy development of rural sports.The results show that the current supply of rural public sports services under the demand of farmers has the following problems: the situation of the five cities in Northern Jiangsu is different,with differences and complexity,which can not take into account the sports demand of farmers in all regions,and there may be greater differences in the sports demand between regions;secondly,although the supply of public sports services nationwide adopts the However,due to the backwardness of economic development in rural areas of Northern Jiangsu,it is difficult to implement the diversified supply model.Finally,China is still in a period of development and transformation.With the completion of a well-off society and the continuousdevelopment of rural economy,followed by the increasing demand for farmers' Physical Education and the limited supply of the government,we should take into account the main and secondary contradictions,Compared with other public services,the supply of public sports services is in a secondary position.Therefore,on the one hand,the supply capacity of public sports service in the limited public service supply is limited;on the other hand,the limited supply of public sports service can not fully match the sports demand of farmers.Therefore,to establish a bottom-up expression mechanism guided by farmers' needs,we should strengthen the management of grass-roots organizations,improve the ability of management and organization activities of sports organizations,increase the effective supply of sports,increase the strength of personnel training,etc...
