College Students’ Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Connotation, Structure And Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Intention

Entrepreneurship the important factors to promote economic development, has beenwidely concerned by scholars in various fields of study. How to take effective measuresand policies of development of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship behavior, are not only the things that the government, society andeducation departments need to concern, but also an important measure to alleviate theemployment pressure of college students. One of the most important factors ofentrepreneurial behavior is entrepreneurial self-efficacy.At present, under the Chinese background,either there are any research on entre-preneurial self-efficacy field,or there is a consensus on the definition and measurem-ent of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. In this paper, based on lots theorys of domesticand foreign literatures, By analyzing present conditions of self-efficacy,entrepreneuri-al self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intention,we constructed the oretical model and the co-ncept of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and defined the concept of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.And then we divided entrepreneurial self-efficacy into five distinct dimensio-ns:Business Planning, Entrepreneurship Resources Acquisition, Interpersonal Relations-hip, Risk-taking, Creativity and Innovation.In this paper, on the basis of the review of the literature research, combined withdevelopment mode under the background of Chinese culture, college students in shandongprovince as the research object, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire investigation,the statistics and analysis of relevant data by SPSS17.0statistical software, to test thehypothesis variables. Finally, through the impact study of entrepreneurial self-efficacy onentrepreneurial intentions,a method for measuring entrepreneurial self-efficacy is providedto predictive validity.Moreover, the status and function of entrepreneurial self-efficacy inthe field of entrepreneurship are made clear by the study. According to the empirical resultsof entrepreneurial self-efficacy,we provide advices on training in order to improve thestudents’ entrepreneurial intention and promote the students start their own businesses toprovide reference about the employment issue.
