A Study On Government Supervision Of Outside-school Training Institutions In Primary And Second Schools In Xi’an

The training of primary and middle school education is an important part of China’s education,however,serious false propaganda,operating without a license,safety and a series of problems in its development process always affects the rights of education.The government is the market rules makers and supervisors should strengthen the supervision and management of out of school training market,so that it is in a better direction,to ensure the quality of primary and secondary school students to accept the training of off campus education.In this paper,Xi’an city schools school training institutions as the research object,firstly defines the relevant concepts of the study,starting from the development process exposed to external training institutions in Xi’an City,find out the deficiencies and problems existing in the supervision of the relevant government departments for the second reason for regulatory problems is analyzed,finally puts forward the Countermeasures of government regulation.In this paper,the author of the extracurricular training organization’s identity on the reasonable orientation,clear the boundaries of government’s regulation and normative school training institutions of teachers on the basis of market management,put forward to strengthen government macro guidance to build a reasonable training self-discipline Association,supervision departments to strengthen supervision and management for training institutions directly responsible.
