Research On Government Regulation In The Development Of Social Training Institutions Based On Typical Cases

In recent years,along with the improving of the whole society demands for diversified education,social education training industry of our country grows vigorously,the growing social education training market,to some extent to meet the needs of current people learn diversification and individuation,but due to the absence of government regulation in severe cases,lead to social training market phenomenon such as false advertising,collect fees in disorder,result in the interests of the educatees,affect the healthy development of the social training education industry,the study of the government regulation of the social training institutions need to strengthen.In this study,quantitative and qualitative methods were used to conduct a survey.10 H training branches were selected as sample points,500 questionnaires were issued,499 questionnaires were recovered,and the effective rate was 99.8%.Through the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the current situation,the existing problems are summarized,such as the lack of understanding of social training,the imperfect system of government supervision,the imperfect laws and regulations,and the simplification of supervision methods.In view of the existing problems from the three aspects of legislation,management and supervision evaluation,this paper puts forward the suggestions that the government should strengthen the market access and exit mechanism of social training institutions,improve the market regulations,actively improve the government regulatory system,improve the social regulatory mechanism and establish the information disclosure system.This study can provide some reference for government supervision in social training institutions,and also provide some scientific reference for government supervision in social training.
