| With advancement in education,and implement Burden-lightening Policies,Students get more free time outside of school work.In the meanwhile,training institutions keep rapid development.The external training of primary and middle school education is an important part of China’s education.However,there are some problems in the development of training institutions,such as unscientific idea of running school,nonstandard inner management.This kind of problem will directly or indirectly affect the development of education and society.The government should enhance its supervision with the market supervision of training institutions.So that it’s in a better direction,to ensure the quality of training institutions.This paper takes Fuzhou training institutions as the research object.The main research methods of this thesis are documentation method and questionnaires method,comparative analysis and other methods.Discussion on how to implement market supervision by the government from Theory of Market Failure,Public Governance Theory and Government Regulation.Through the investigation and study on the present situation of Fuzhou training organization market and Government regulation,Find out the problems existing in the supervision of the relevant government departments for the second reason for regulatory problems is analyzed,finally puts forward the Countermeasures of government regulation.At the same time,the paper puts forward optimization strategies based on domestic and foreign experience,such as improve the policies and regulations of training institutions,improve applicability,guarantee the normal operation of the market;definitude the duty of the government regulation,perfecting regulation mechanism;improve the supervision of the main body of awareness,updating the supervision manner,and building a multilayered,pluralistic and multilateral regulatory system. |
