Rural adult education is the educational cause to meet the needs of new rural construction in China and it can promote the construction of learning society.It is of great significance to meet the needs of rural adult culture,realize the value of rural adults,increase peasants' income,agriculture and rural economic growth and create a good family and rural atmosphere.In recent years,the country attaches great importance to the development of rural education,so rural adult education has also been paid attention to.However,limited by economical,geographical and cultural conditions,there are still many problems as development idea,teachers' construction,content system,funds and educational quality in rural adult education.This paper takes rural adult education as the research object,in the background of new rural construction,example from Linzi District,Zibo City,Shandong Province,through questionnaire survey and interviews,analyze the problems of rural adult education in the Linzi District.And based on this,puts forward some measures for solving the problems of the development of rural adult education.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the research background,significance,research ideas,methods and related literature review.The second chapter is about the definition of rural adult education and related theories.It defines the relevant concepts involved in the paper,and introduces the theories of the supporting paper.The third chapter analyzes the logical relationship between the new rural construction and rural adult education.Rural adult education is of great significance to the construction of new countryside,and is the objective requirement of the new rural construction.The fourth chapter is about the development of rural adult education in Linzi district.Taking Linzi District,Zibo City,Shandong Province as an example,through field investigation and interviews,it finds out the problems in the rural adult education in Linzi District,and analyzes the factors hindering the development of rural adult education in China.The fifth chapter,according to the analysis results of the fourth chapter,puts forward the countermeasures assumption to promote the development of rural adult education in china.
