If the nation is to rejuvenate,the village must be rejuvenated.Rural revitalization focuses on talents,and the cultivation of talents depends on the development of education.Adult education is an important part of our country’s education.Adult education in my country has been manifested in literacy education,academic compensation education,and the improvement of national comprehensive quality in different periods.It has contributed to the cultivation of a large number of practical talents for social progress and economic development.The function of adult education in the new era has also been transformed with the progress and development of society.Adult education plays an important role in regional economic development,in building a learning society,and building a lifelong education system.The new-type rural community adult education is of great significance in advancing a learning society,and there is no shortage of rural adult education to fully revitalize and realize rural modernization.The new-type rural community adult education should cultivate a large number of new-type professional farmers with high quality,know technology,good management,and can be used and retained for the development of rural industries,and develop the new-type rural community into a civilized,prosperous,harmonious and beautiful home for everyone.The purpose and significance of this research is to study adult education in new rural communities,understand the development status of adult education in new rural communities,and combine with the actual requirements of my country’s rural revitalization strategy to propose new rural adult education development strategies.This research has learned about the relevant research of the new-type rural community through the analysis of the literature,and on the basis of explaining what should be the new-type rural community’s adult education,through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of the new-type rural community’s adult education.The results of the study show that the new-type rural community adult education is promising,and community residents have diverse needs for the new-type rural community adult education.However,there are many problems in the new-type rural community adult education,which seriously hinder the development of adult education.Based on this,under the guidance of lifelong education theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,and human resource management theory,it is found that the main reason for the problems is the absence of the development of adult education in the construction of new rural communities.In order to solve the development dilemma of adult education in new rural communities,the author puts forward five suggestions.The specific contents include:First,improve the management system of adult education;Second,establish diversified funding channels;Third,strengthen the adult education faculty Construction;Fourth,improve adult education courses,and fifth,improve the adult education evaluation system.Finally,it reflects and evaluates the problems of this research,based on its own academic ability,and prospects for future research,in order to provide a beneficial reference for the development of adult education in new rural communities.
