The performance appraisal system of teachers in Colleges and universities is an important part of the reform of the personnel system,which is related to the vital interests of teachers and students,reasonable scientific performance appraisal system will help teachers to raise the enthusiasm of students,improve the quality of the healthy development of colleges and universities.Teachers,students and administrators are the most important elements of the colleges and universities,and their vital interests are closely related to the development of colleges and universities.Teachers are the valuable resources for the sustainable development of colleges and universities,undertaking the teaching,scientific research and social service.Their comprehensive quality and working attitude are directly related to the level of teaching and scientific research in Colleges and universities,and affect the long-term development of colleges and universities.Students are not only the object of teaching,but also one of the subjects of teacher evaluation.Administrators are in charge of the management of colleges and Universities,and dominate the whole process of College Teachers’ performance appraisal.These problems must be considered in the reform of higher education system in China.For example,how to improve the performance appraisal system of college teachers,mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers,students and administrators,promote the integration of university resources,and promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities.Based on the background of the reform of higher education system,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,and policy text analysis to analyze the performance appraisal system of university teachers in china from the perspective of stakeholders.The results show that teachers,students and administrators are the core stakeholders of colleges and universities in China;in spite of the differences in the performance appraisal system of the university teachers in China is obvious,but there are still many things in common;the current performance appraisal system of College Teachers in China in terms of administrators,teachers and students,there are a series of problems.Therefore,we should adhere to the problem oriented,according to the problems of the performance appraisal system of teachers in colleges and universities,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from administrators,students and teachers,to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the core stakeholders,and gradually realize the effective integration of high school resources,promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities.This paper consists of six parts.The content of every part is as follows:The first part is introduction.This part mainly elaborates the research background and significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation,the research content and the method as well as the main innovation and the insufficiency.The second part is the theory of stakeholders and performance appraisal.This part mainly elaborates the basic concept of stakeholders and the performance evaluation and related theory,and analyzes and expounds the related propositions of the college teachers’ performance appraisal system,which lays a solid theoretical foundation and support for the full text.The third part is the stakeholders of university.In this part,the author elaborates the interests of students,teachers,universities and other internal and external stakeholders,and emphasizes on the establishment of college policies and regulations should fully consider and take into account the interests of the stakeholders,Thus lead to as the University’s important management system,that is,the main stakeholders of the teacher performance appraisal system,for the perspective of stakeholders in-depth analysis of performance appraisal system of college Teachers in China to pave the way.The fourth part is the existing problems of the university teachers’ performance appraisal system.This part selects the national key universities and ordinary college to analysis of the current situation of the performance appraisal system of different levels of college teachers in China from the perspective of comparison of stakeholders and the existing problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the related optimization provides a reliable practical basis.The fifth part is the countermeasures of optimizing the college teachers’ performance appraisal system.First of all,the author points out four basic principles that should be followed in the performance evaluation of university teachers in our country.Second,the author insists on problem oriented,aiming at the existing problems of college teachers’ performance appraisal in our country,puts forward the optimization path and corresponding suggestions from the perspective of stakeholders,to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of University stakeholders,integrate the advantages of resources,promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities in China,but also provide a useful reference for higher education system the reform of our country.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.In this part,the main contents of the thesis are summarized.Then,according to the basic situation and the problems on the current research,the author puts forward the research hope and vision.
