With the acceleration of the professionalization process of the teachers in colleges and universities in our country,how to evaluate the work of teachers objectively,impartially and comprehensively,so as to improve the efficiency of teaching,teaching research,scientific research,social service and so on,has become the key to promote the construction of the faculty.At present,most of the domestic colleges and universities have a two-level management system.Although teachers' performance management has been implemented everywhere in the past,the system of teachers' performance appraisal is not the same due to the limitations of school running concept,school objectives,discipline categories and other aspects.The perfect system teachers' performance appraisal,the perfect performance appraisal guarantee system can not only make the majority of university teachers be convinced,arouse their enthusiasm for work,enhance their enthusiasm for work,meet the internal and external needs,sense of belonging and development of teachers,but also stabilize the teaching staff.The reasonable allocation of human resources in colleges and universities makes the development goals of teachers close to the development goal of colleges and universities,which is of great significance for promoting the progress of teachers themselves,and promoting the level of running schools,and service quality of colleges and universities to a new level.This paper takes JT college as an example,analyzes the existing teacher performance appraisal system based on the theoretical research on teacher performance appraisal at home and abroad.Combined with the questionnaire survey,empirical research,case study,etc.,we listened to the opinions and suggestions of the faculty,analyzed and pointed out the implementation status and main problems of the existing teacherperformance appraisal system,and proposed corresponding optimization methods according to the management content of the performance appraisal process.Through the summary of the case analysis,this paper intends to explore the content of the teacher performance appraisal system,which can not only provide reasonable suggestions and suggestions for the optimization and improvement of JT College's teacher performance appraisal system,but also provide empirical reference for the performance appraisal of other secondary colleges.
