At present,the teacher personnel reform system of colleges and universities in China has always been in a good development mode of steady promotion.However,many colleges and universities have not optimized and improved the performance appraisal system for teachers,a key subject.Especially in some vocational colleges in China,the construction of teacher performance appraisal system is far from meeting the basic demands of educational development.In this way,it will directly affect the improvement of the quality of teachers.Therefore,it is of great value to explore the optimization and innovation of the current teacher performance appraisal system.Taking DS Vocational College as a research case,this paper integrates the research methods of the relevant theories of performance management,and proposes a research on optimizing the performance appraisal system of teachers in DS Vocational College based on the coupling of BSC and KPI,which decomposes the strategic goals of the college into specific and executable appraisal indexes to guarantee the realization of strategic goals.Firstly,the current situation of performance appraisal of teachers in DS Vocational College is analyzed in terms of performance appraisal method,performance appraisal cycle,performance appraisal content,application eachers in DS Vocational College mainly include the poor fit between performance appraisal and school development strategy,unclear purpose of performance appraisal,focus on annual appraisal and neglect daily management,performance The esults is insufficient.On this basis,in order to further optimize the performance appraisal system of teachers in DS Vocational College,the performance appraisal system of teachers in DS Vocational College is optimized and designed based on the coupling of BSC and KPI.Finally,guarantee measures are proposed in four aspects: strengthening the propaganda and implementing scientific performance appraisal ideas,establishing relevant policies for the implementation of the new teacher performance appraisal system,improving the appraisal mechanism and dynamic management,and improving the teacher performance management system,in order to improve the level of teacher performance management in DS Vocational College,with a view to providing some reference for other universities.
