A Research On The Influencing Of Entrepreneurial Environment On Entrepreneurial Intention Of University Students

Under the trend of sustainable development of global entrepreneurship,more and more countries regard the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship as a barometer of social progress.China also actively encourage and support the development of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,the government and relevant departments have also introduced a series of policies to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.As a new force to in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship,university students play an important role in promoting their development.However,with the deepening of the popularization of higher education in China,the rapid increase in the number of university graduates,the employment pressure of university students is more and more serious,so to guide them to start their own businesses,it has become an important means to solve the employment difficulties of university students by entrepreneurship to promote employment.In reality,the overall entrepreneurial intention of university students is not high in China,their entrepreneurial success rate is low,in order to study the specific factors which affect the entrepreneurial intention of university students,on the basis of referring to the relevant foreign literature,We select the entrepreneurial environment to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial intention.On the basis of combing the relevant literature of the university students' entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention,this study chooses the dimensions of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention according to the basic characteristics of university students.Entrepreneurial environment includes three dimensions:political and supportive environment,economical and developing environment,social and cultural environment,entrepreneurial intention includes three dimensions:entrepreneurial desirability,entrepreneurial feasibility and the tendency of entrepreneurial behavior,then put forward the corresponding hypothesis.Then the data were collected by questionnaire,and sorting out the collecting data,using statistical software SPSS to do descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the results showed that the entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of university students.The dimensions of entrepreneurial environment have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of university students,and the social and cultural environment has the greatest impact on the entrepreneurial intention of university students.The various dimensions of entrepreneurial environment has a positive effect on the dimensions of university students' entrepreneurial intention,the greatest impact is social and cultural environment for entrepreneurial desirability,entrepreneurial feasibility and the tendency of entrepreneurial behavior,the minimal impact is economical and developing environment for entrepreneurial desirability,the minimalimpact is political and supportive environment for entrepreneurial feasibility,the minimal impact is economical and developing environment for the tendency of entrepreneurial behavior.Finally,on the basis of the above,this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial intention of university students and optimize the entrepreneurial environment.
