XAY education center was established in Jurong city,Jiangsu province in 2015,it is crucial to know the market under the competitive circumstance.The article is to analyze and integrate external and internal situation of XAY education center.Learn from domestic and international related marketing theory,To collect relevant information through the issuance of the questionnaire survey,formulate the way for the development of XAY education center.There are 6 chapters in the article.The first one is about introduction,it is about the background?turpose and significance of the research,and it is a summary of research methods and framework,the research range and limits.The second chapter says the theoretical review,it is to describe the actuality of the development of early education at home and abroad,and to summarizeSTP and 7Ps marketing theory.It is to analyze the actuality and problem of XAY early education center in the third chapter,introducing the overview of XAY along with SWOT analysis,analyzing its marketing activity,and finding out the questions and reasons.The fourth chapter is about the questionnaire survey and analysis,it is put forward some possible solutions according to the modem marketing theory,and then made a design of questionnaire survey against the characteristics of XAY to have a survey to relevant persons,which is aimed to find out specific marketing act that is suitable for XAY by the statistical analysis of questionnaire.In the fifth chapter itgives the implementation and evaluation of marketing strategy,and makes the analysis and evaluation of marketing plan for XAY center.The last chapter is theconclusion and proposal,summarizing the research achievements for XAY,deficiency in the process of research and development direction in the future.
