The development dividend derived from the improvement of education level has been widely recognized by the people.The education of the next generation has become the most concerned content of every family,which makes the initial age of systematic education begin to incline to infancy.Even if it needs to pay a high material cost,many parents will choose to carry out enlightenment education for 0-3-year-old infants through early education institutions.Looking at the domestic early education market,after nearly 20 years of rapid growth and rapid development,there are still problems such as system confusion,multiple brands,homogeneous competition,and uneven service quality,which seriously affect the orderly development of early education industry and increase the difficulty of brand early education institutions to explore the market.How to use scientific and effective marketing strategies to make early education institutions with high-quality education resources take the lead in the market competition and promote the healthy and standardized development of the whole early education industry is an urgent problem to be solved.Hohhot qiaohu early education center is a chain franchise organization of qiaohu brand in Hohhot.It has the advantages of high anti loudness in the brand market and good development potential.It also has the prominent common problems in the early education industry and fuzzy marketing management and other strategic problems.It has a certain representativeness in the early education industry in Hohhot.Taking qiaohu early education center in Hohhot as an example,through in-depth study of domestic and foreign marketing theory and marketing strategy research results of early education industry,this paper analyzes the macro marketing environment and micro marketing environment of the development of qiaohu early education center in Hohhot by using PEST analysis and Porter five forces model,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the marketing environment of qiaohu early education center in Hohhot by SWOT analysis Analyze the combination strategy of weakness,opportunity and threat.Then,by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,the marketing situation and problems of the case are further summarized.Based on STP analysis and 4P marketing strategy,the marketing mix strategy suitable for the operation and development of qiaohu early education center in Hohhot is formulated.Finally,according to the marketing mix strategy,detailed Hohhot qiaohu early education center in each stage of marketing promotion strategy and implementation points,and effective implementation of marketing strategy safeguard measures.
