The picture book is a book designed for children that relies on a series of pictures and some text(or no text)to convey information about the story of the book.In recent years,by the influence of foreign picture book teaching,the domestic education sector is also actively explore and study how to make better use of picture book to reading teaching in the primary school.It is an important content to study the teaching method about picture book reading,to explore the application of picture book in reading teaching,to explore the teaching method of picture book reading,and to explore the reading teaching practice of picture book.In this paper,the teaching research and practice of reading teaching in the primary grades need to be discussed in four parts.The first part elaborates the definition of the picture book and the development process of the picture book,analyzes the basic characteristics of the picture book,then summarizes the research and teaching status in the primary grades.The second part analyzes the classroom teaching development of children's language,emotion,thinking and personality,the misunderstanding of the existing picture book teaching and systematically expounds the necessity of teaching.The third part enumerates the key points of implementing the reading teaching of picture book.Through choosing the picture books,creating a comfortable reading environment,designing the reading program,teachers carry out the teaching services for the follow-up.The fourth part presents the basic principles of reading teaching in picture book,then discuss the basic process,method and implementation ways.In the implementation ways,the author combined with examples to illustrate the core of reading teaching in picture books.The paper wish explore and put forward the useful method and approach for reading teaching in picture books in primary grades.
