With the development of society and the reform of education,the professional development of preschool teachers has been paid more and more attention by the society.The practical wisdom of preschool teachers has become a hot issue in recent years.The creativity game is the most typical forms of game for children,which promotes children’s physical and mental development.According to our survey,we found that the current preschool teachers involved in children’s creativity game practice is still a certain deviation,which is why we carry out this study.In this study,the literature method,observation method,interview method and case analysis method were used to study teachers’ practice wisdom involved in children’s creativity game.According to the actual case,the researcher summed up the concrete performance of the teacher’s intervention in the practical wisdom of children’s creativity game,and analyzes the condition which teachers’ intervention in the practical wisdom of children’s creativity game.Finally,the author puts forward the application strategy of practical wisdom in the intervention of children’s creativity game.The research shows that the practical wisdom of teachers involved in creativity game is mainly manifested in five aspects: grasped the time of intervention in creativity game;the ability to deal with the sudden situation in creativity game;adhered the unity of pleasure and education;focus on children’s game experiences and levels promoted;respect children’s choice and needs.On this basis,the researcher analyzes the conditions of teachers’ involvement in the creation of practical wisdom of children’s creativity game,which include the guidance of deep theoretical knowledge,the support of game organization experience,the suggestion of keen observation ability,the awareness of teacher’s ability to reflect,the infiltration of positive education emotion and teachers Learning community’s help.Finally,the author puts forward the application strategy of practical wisdom in the intervention of children’s creativity game,which include the observation of children’s game activities,choose the right time to intervene in children’sgames,respect for children’s main position in the game,guide children in the gamemeaningful learning,organize and share activities.
