The investigators paid more attention to the teachers'practical wisdom, but their studies were fastened on the teachers themselves. It is reasonable but obviously partial and unfair for the teachers. For this, this study is based on the Game Theory,narrative research and the foregone studies to excavate ,carding and analysis the external restricting factors of investigative benefit and the inner meaning. How the factors game and block teachers getting the practical wisdom. In the end, find the policy suiting the remedy to the case. The sight of the Game Theory provides a reasonable frame and mode for scanning the factors which blocked the teachers'practical wisdom. The introduction of narrative research that emphasized on the crude material makes the practical wisdom self-evident. Reality pertinence of locale issues to locale strategies must provide teachers a helpful mirror.The primary coverage includes: giving the practical wisdom a definition again through the analysis of a lot of literature and the summary of the foregone studies. Teachers ' practical wisdom is a comprehensive ability that replies the affairs in the complex conditions and formed in the reflection in action and on action. It comes from the teacher's individual experience and beyond it, but it does not advance the level of the common educational theory. It is between the teacher's individual experience and the common theory and characterizes uniqueness, tastiness, situation, dynamic form. To make a thorough examination or conduct a detailed discussion of its inherent nature and its extrinsic characterization. The present teaching practice must be shifted from the mere technical practice based on the universal theory to the wise practice based on the teaching real conditions. Summarize and provide the deletion of practical wisdom which was not provided before, by the presentation and analysis of quantity of stories. The blocking factors of all presentations are fastened in the outside surrounding which teachers are in, but not on the teachers themselves. The reasons for the lose of practical wisdom are the prisoner's dilemma which every parts of education mainstay has got into when they are trying to maximize their own benefits. The consequences are the ultimate price they have paid. Which the immediate consequence is the natures of education has already gone, distorted and differentiated. Every part of educational games will take first-mover advantages if they take actions first. The teachers'sensible selection is passive adaptation to the examination mechanism of score. This grows out the reality that teachers'practical wisdom have already gone .Through a game again and optimizing, teaching practical wisdom realize possibly and finally, and the new game must depend on the exterior conditions and system. For the government, building the public voice, purifying the circumference of selecting teachers; correcting the evaluating system; improving the teachers'basic living conditions. For the school, providing the conditions of teachers' developing, shifting the idea of pursing merely student promotion rate, regarding training the real person as the core, etc.For the teachers, possessing a quiet psychology, a not-regretting spirit, eliminating the eager for instant benefit, advancing the personality charm. It is possible that we find the wisdom truly and the educational aim realizes in deed.
