Under the background of "cultivating people by virtue",the state has always attached great importance to the moral education of students,and the requirements for school education and students' development are constantly improving.It has experienced the transformation from the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor to the improvement of comprehensive quality and the cultivation of core quality.The country's requirements for students are constantly improving,and the requirements for the head teacher are getting higher and higher.The work of the head teacher is facing new reforms and challenges.The "head teacher" is not only an ordinary post,but also gradually moving towards specialization.The work evaluation of the head teacher is an important part of promoting the head teacher to improve his daily work and achieve professional development.Obviously,the work evaluation of the head teacher should not only be limited to the performance management through assessment and inspection,but also promote the professional development of the head teacher in the reform practice.Through the reform of the work evaluation of the head teacher,starting from the reconstruction of the evaluation standard,it points to how to guide the head teacher to do daily "things",promote the professional development of the head teacher's "people",and finally guide the head teacher to update the concept of daily work,realize the transformation of thought and behavior,and self-renewal development.The evaluation standard of the work of a head teacher lies in the process of his daily practice.The concrete practice of the work of the head teacher is the content of the work evaluation of the head teacher.The analysis of the practice of the work reform of the head teacher is the premise of the establishment of the work evaluation standard of the head teacher.First of all,the evolution of the head teacher system is analyzed.While the head teacher system is becoming more standardized,the work content of the head teacher is also improved.The responsibilities of the head teacher become more and more diverse.Secondly,in the practice of class teacher reform,we have changed the value orientation of emphasizing achievements over development,emphasizing management over education,and emphasizing norms over autonomy.Therefore,the evaluation standard of class teacher should be changed.In terms of the design concept of the work evaluation standard of the head teacher,the quantitative evaluation of the past performance as the main value concept should be changed,with the development evaluation concept as the main one,and the development function of the evaluation should be brought into play.Under the premise of reflecting the development function,the evaluation standard is not designed in advance at the beginning,but gradually clear the evaluation index with the promotion of reform.At the same time,it reflects the personal value of "head teacher",which is based on the head teacher.The evaluation standard is the concretion of ideas.In terms of the evaluation standard of the work of the head teacher,it is mainly divided into the content of the evaluation and the degree that each content should reach.Therefore,the evaluation criteria are divided into three parts: framework analysis,content analysis and scoring rule analysis.In the framework analysis,the first level indicators and the second level indicators are analyzed,and the design logic and ideas are described.In the content analysis,from the personal development of the head teacher,the class construction,the integration of the school level,the integration of family,school and society,to the second and third level indicators,combined with the case,the specific performance of each indicator is described.In the analysis of grading rules,from the perspective of paying attention to the different development level of teachers,reducing the psychological pressure of the head teacher,giving full play to the role of evaluation,we use the method of grading system to grade each index,and finally establish the work evaluation form of the head teacher.Help the head teacher to determine his own development level,improve his work step by step,promote his professional development and achieve success.
