Education is the foundation of the Centennial plan.The education plan is teacher-oriented.The head teacher is the top priority in the construction of teachers.He is fully responsible for the thought,study,health and life of students in a class.He is the organizer,leader and educator of a class.He plays a very important role in education and teaching.However,heavy work pressure may cause great damage to the health of head teachers,thus affecting the development of education and teaching.Therefore,the research on the work pressure of head teachers has attracted more and more attention,which has very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of work pressure of a middle school head teacher group in Jinzhou,and collects and analyzes data from five dimensions:workload,education and teaching,career development,interpersonal relationship and personal factors.The survey shows that workload will have a significant positive impact on the work pressure of junior middle school head teachers,and student management has a significant negative impact on the work pressure of junior middle school head teachers.The job burnout of junior middle school head teachers with middle-aged,young,junior and intermediate professional titles is relatively serious,and their ability to deal with pressure is lacking.There are some differences in the ways of junior middle school head teachers of different genders to deal with stress.The main sources of work pressure are heavy workload,difficult student management,insufficient organizational guarantee and incentive,and insufficient personal coping ability.Therefore,we need to create a tolerant and rational social atmosphere and harmonious interpersonal relations,set up a simplified human management system,establish an objective and reasonable assessment mechanism,improve the positive and effective excitation mechanism,and carry out diversified and rich training activities to give environmental and organizational support to junior middle school head teachers.At the same time,junior middle school head teachers should enhance their self-worth identity,improve their active learning ability,clarify their self-planning and design,do a good job in self psychological adjustment,build a personal support system,find internal strategies to alleviate work pressure,and ensure the smooth progress of education and teaching.This paper studies the work pressure of junior middle school head teachers from a comprehensive and systematic perspective,and gives operable support strategies combined with multi-disciplinary knowledge,which can provide reference and reference for junior middle school head teachers to carry out their work more efficiently to a certain extent. |
